Back to overview/Delivery & catering

Know what delivery actually earns.

Delivery orders from aggregators and own channels, driver dispatch and tracking, plus event catering from quotation through production to billing — with commission and delivery cost netted into dish margin.

The problem

Delivery volume flatters the top line and quietly compresses margin. Aggregator commission, packaging and driver cost can turn a thirty-eight per cent dish into a fifteen per cent one, and most operators only see the blended figure.

Catering has the opposite problem: high value, low frequency, and usually costed from experience rather than from the recipe library that already exists.
