Back to overview/Site management

Connect the site to the office.

Daily site reports, quantities, workforce, plant hours, deliveries, inspections and photos — captured on a phone or tablet and written straight into the project.

The problem

Site data reaches most head offices in three forms: a WhatsApp photo, a paper daily report, and a phone call. All three arrive late, none is measurable, and the quantities in them are never the quantities used for the valuation.

The site engineer is not the problem. Asking them to write the same numbers three times, in three places, is.

Core workflow

The daily site report, and what it triggers.

01
Daily report

02
Activities & quantities

04
Events

05
Evidence

06
Downstream
Progress, cost, timesheets and the valuation all update.
