AI Solutions Architect
You will design agents and automations that remove hours from an operation — and pass three tests before anything ships.
Our AI work is operational, not demonstrative. Every agent must be explainable to an auditor, bounded to a named scope, and replaceable within a week. You will own the architecture that makes those three constraints true.
What you will do
Write the decision rules with the client's team before writing any code.
Design bounded agents and intelligent workflows, with clear hand-back conditions.
Build the audit trail that lets an operations director trust an automated decision.
Measure and report the hours removed — the only number that counts.
Integrate with ERP, warehouse, clinical and finance systems already in place.
What we need
Strong engineering background with production LLM or ML systems shipped.
The judgment to say when AI is the wrong tool for the problem.
Integration and data architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Documentation discipline — an agent nobody can explain is an agent we will not ship.
English professionally; Arabic an advantage.
